The carrot and celery potato peeler line is designed to meet all the requirements in terms of the field of root vegetable processing in the sense that, due to the constructive details, it fits in small spaces (8 m long by 0.6 m wide). At the same time, in order not to increase the price of your products, we inform you that this machine has a very low energy consumption (2 kw / h) and very high productivity (even if the size is small) - 500 kg per hour. To make your work easier we have designed it to be fully automatic.
How does the machine work?
The hopper is fed manually (or mechanically), the cleaning time and the amount of potatoes are set on the batch, the button is pressed and the cycle is repeated automatically. The potatoes come out of the cleaning robot on an inspection table, a worker inspects them and pushes them into a tub of water, then they are picked up by an elevator and end up in the latest generation FPCF Niny Smart straw robot (the first primary wash tub), then are lifted by an elevator in the final wash bath, antioxidant and drying. From the antioxidant bath are weighed on the packing table or in automatic assembly scale and packing machine.
The line operates with a maximum of 3 workers.
