SMART LITTLE FASTER 500 PLUS
The FPCF Smart Little Faster 500 Plus automatic root vegetable processing line can clean any type of root vegetable, especially potatoes.
The line is equipped with a control panel, from where all the functions of the line are easily accessed.
All machines fuel each other.
The installation requires only a single three-phase socket up to 16 A. The FPCF Smart Little Faster 500 Plus automatic line has been designed to operate, even with 2 operators.
The production cycle is fully automated.
The line is equipped with: hopper with automatic controlled elevator, cleaning machine with automatic feeding and potato evacuation, inspection area, water tank for washing potatoes before reaching the cutting robot (first wash), elevator that puts the vegetables in the robot to cut, the primary potato wash tub (second wash), after being cut by the robot, the final wash tub + antioxidant (phase three wash) and drying.
Description
The cleaning robot is professional, being driven by a geared motor. The engine was outside the area where the water could reach. The robot is designed so that the water never reaches the bearing area or, worse, the engine area, regardless of the working conditions. The risk of short circuit is ZERO. The life of the bearings, considering the multiple water protection, but also the fact that the robot has 2 strong bearings, which take over both radial and axial shocks, is very long.
We can also equip the line with a high precision multihead scale - with 4-6 cups.
The straw robot is state of the art. It is designed to cut potatoes ONLY in length, thus obtaining the longest straw potatoes. The type of cut is straw 10/10 Home Made, just to give a distinct note to the potatoes "that at home mom", but also to a 3 minute shorter frying time than regular potatoes.
The price of the equipment ensures the installation and training of the staff as well as all the potato processing technology, (to be kept for 7-10 days without darkening)
